As a momma who stays at home with her baby – it’s amazing how little and how much can happen in a day. It can sometimes seem mundane, but as I open my eyes to see all around me I am filled with countless moments to give thanks for.
These first images record an accomplishment that brought me tears later that evening. My baby, through focus and determination, learned how to build with legos. That may seem trite but it brought me so much joy and pride. He is a very determined, strong willed boy and I am praying God gives me the grace to embrace all that entails. The second pictures shows his first lego tower – he did all but the two base layers.
Daddy always gets the biggest giggles.
Just a random craving of Spaghetti Carbonara. And no, it’s not what you’re thinking!
He loves sensory play – this bought me 20 minutes of work time!
He LOVES reading books – and wants me to tell him the object he’s pointing at. “Ball”
I’m realizing I cook – A LOT! This is some Thai curry I made for dinner.
Embracing the messy kitchen pictures.
This is how he tells me he’s hungry, accompanied by smacking his lips.
